1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PureBright Cleaning services and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by PureBright Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use our Services.
2. Use of Our Services
Our cleaning services are designed to provide residential cleaning for homes and apartments throughout Canada. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will provide accurate and complete information when booking our services
- You have the legal right to grant our staff access to the premises to be cleaned
- You will ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning staff
3. Service Appointments
We strive to provide timely and efficient service. To ensure this:
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost
- No-shows (failure to provide access to premises without notice) may be charged the full service fee
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or staff illness
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- Service rates are determined based on the size of the property, type of service, and specific cleaning requirements
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made
- We accept payment via credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and other electronic payment methods
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- Additional fees may apply for special requests, excessive cleaning needs, or services beyond our standard offerings
5. Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- If you're not satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost
- Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions
6. Entry to Premises
To provide our services, we will need access to your property:
- You must ensure our staff can safely access the premises at the scheduled time
- If you cannot be present, you must make appropriate arrangements for access (key, entry code, building concierge, etc.)
- We treat your property and possessions with respect and care
- We are not liable for damages resulting from providing necessary access to locked areas without proper instruction
7. Service Exclusions
Our standard cleaning services do not include:
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning biohazardous materials or extremely unsanitary conditions
- Exterior window cleaning beyond ground level
- Pest control or extermination
- Handling or cleaning valuable items such as artwork, antiques, or collectibles
- Cleaning of areas that pose safety risks to our staff
Some of these services may be available as add-ons or through specialized service arrangements.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in providing our services:
- We are not liable for damage that is the result of normal cleaning procedures on worn, unstable, or improperly installed items
- Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
